As stated in the WVO HOA guidelines, all exterior changes and improvements must be approved by the Architectural Committee before being made.  An ARC request form and be completed and submitted electronically using the page form below, or you can download and complete the Architectural Request Form.  If you opt to complete a paper ARC request form, please complete, scan, and email it to BOD@westvalleyoaks.com for the fastest response time.

All requests must comply with the WVO HOA Rules and Regulations.

Please be sure to include the following:

• Completely filled out request form (using page form below or download the paper version)
• Drawing of your proposed exterior modification
• Copy of land plot if needed
• Any photos or product ID numbers
